By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Dietary supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Individual results vary, and we make no promise about any particular outcome.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable tax, both of which are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
You must be at least 18 years old to order from this site.
A subscribe and save order renews automatically each month at the subscription price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date, and cancellation stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.
To cancel, email info@masuly.com from the address on the order and we will confirm in writing.
Codes are single use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way it was not intended.
We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk passes to you on delivery.
Supplements are not returnable. All sales are final. Because these are ingestible products, we cannot verify how a bottle has been stored or handled once it leaves us, and we will not resell or restock a returned one. This applies whether or not the seal has been broken.
The exceptions, which we do honour:
Contact info@masuly.com within 14 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the order date if nothing arrived, and include your order number and a photograph where relevant. We will replace the item or refund it. If we cancel an order before it ships, you are refunded in full.
Participation is subject to approval and may be ended by either side at any time. Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship as required by FTC guidance, must not make health claims beyond those on our own product pages, must not bid on the MASULY brand name in paid search, and must not post our codes to coupon aggregation sites.
The standard commission is 15% of the order subtotal, excluding shipping, tax and discounts. Attribution lasts 30 days from the click.
Commission is paid monthly, on the last day of the month, covering orders that were paid for during that month. Because our products are not returnable there is no return window to wait out, so commission is not held back and is not clawed back once it has been credited to you. Commission on fraudulent, chargeback or self-referred orders is reversed, and we may withhold payment where these terms have been broken.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The MASULY name, logo, product names, site text and photography belong to us. Affiliates may use our name and approved assets to promote the products while their participation is active, and not otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and both sides consent to that venue.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
