MASULY sells natural supplements online and is based in the United States. MASULY is a brand of Great Quality Affordable Products LLC, which owns and operates it. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

• Order information. Your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and the contents of your order.
• Payment information. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We keep only a Stripe reference and the order total.
• Contact and signup details. Anything you type into our contact form, waitlist, newsletter or affiliate application.
• Referral data. If you arrive through an affiliate link we store a cookie containing that affiliate code for 30 days, plus an anonymous record of the click.

• Fulfil and support your orders
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Send marketing email only if you asked for it
• Credit affiliate partners for sales they referred
• Meet our tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of reputable third-party service providers to run this site, including payment processing, secure data storage, transactional email delivery, and website hosting. Each provider is only given the data it needs to perform its function and is contractually required to protect it.

We use a small number of functional cookies: your cart contents, an affiliate referral code if you arrived through a partner link, and a session cookie if you sign in to an affiliate dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies.

We are based in Texas, so the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act is our reference point. Rather than work out which statute covers you, we extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live. You can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal data about you
• Give you a copy of it in a portable format
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using it for marketing

Email info@masuly.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not charge you for exercising these rights or treat you differently for doing so. If we refuse a request we will explain why, and you may ask us to reconsider.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling. There is nothing for you to opt out of, because we do not do it.

Data sits in managed services with access control and encryption in transit. Our database denies access by default, and card details never reach our servers at all. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing and waitlist signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years.

Our products and this site are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, notify subscribers by email.
